Meet the Team

Ana’s career has been spent primarily working in hospitality roles and, since lockdown, working from home as administrative assistant. She joined the House of Hearing team as she was looking for a change of career and to work in a job which felt meaningful and caring, with the support of a team and the opportunity to speak to new people every day. Her recent experience with a bad ear infection which led to temporary hearing loss gave her a first-hand insight into some of the frustrations which our patients can feel with hearing and aural care problems.
